Last mentioned just three days ago, LHSimulations has today shared further previews of their upcoming scenery of Budapest Airport (LHBP) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The scenery was first announced back in October, and although it will be a conversion of the original Prepar3D scenery, it will feature improved buildings, high-resolution textures (4K instead of 2K), and PBR materials.
Today’s post also served as a way to let the community know, that the jetways have been implemented to the scenery. It was however mentioned, that they will not be animated in the initial release version of the scenery. Animated jetways should arrive later after the release in a free update.
There were no mentions of the expected pricing details or release date in the post.
Along with Budapest Airport, LHSimulation is also converting their smaller airports for P3D and FSX over to Microsoft Flight Simulator, you can read more on that here.
Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport (LHBP) is the main airport serving the capital of Hungary, Budapest. Being a hub for LOT Polish Airlines, Smartwings Hungary, Wizz Air, and Ryanair, the airport serves many routes throughout Europe. Routes to other continents are also operated at the airport. Annually, the airport sees over 16 million passengers.
