FSExpo, one of the largest conventions in the flight simulation community, is preparing for its next installment in 2026. It was last hosted this year in Providence, Rhode Island. During the closure of this year´s expo, it was revealed that FSExpo 2026 will be hosted at the Saint Paul River Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The Flight Simulation Association, the organizer of FSExpo, has released the initial round of information regarding some useful information for your travel to FSExpo 2026. It includes the dates of the event, hotels, travel discounts, and the registration dates for the event.
FSExpo 2026 Venue
The venue for the next FSExpo, the Saint Paul River Center, is located only 15 minutes away from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (KMSP). During the convention, it will host multiple activities, which attendees from previous FSExpo are familiar with. We can expect a weekend full of announcements, booths with hands-on demonstrations, interactions with community members, and much more…
FSExpo 2026 will take place from Friday, June 12, to Sunday, June 14. Additional “add-on tours” will take place on Friday, June 12, and Monday, June 15. According to Phil Coyle, the co-founder of the Flight Simulation Association, they are working on bringing special behind-the-scenes access to facilities featured in previous years. It is recommended to arrive by Thursday, June 11, and leave on Monday, June 15, to experience everything the event has to offer.
Information for your Travel
You can start planning your trip to FSExpo with all the means of transportation available to get you there. Minneapolis Airport offers over 130 destinations so you can fly non-stop to FSExpo 2026. Additionally, the city of Saint Paul is served by Amtrak, so you can arrive via train. For accommodations, FSExpo offers discounted rates on hotels near the convention. Additionally, you can get discounts with airlines for your travels, like Southwest, Delta, and United.
Registration for the event will start in December this year. FSA captains will be eligible for a special price for a limited time. You can get notified about the registration process here.
