Orbx Announces Sogndal Haukasen Airport for MSFS

Orbx has today announced work on their rendition of Sogndal Haukasen Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In the announcement post on their forums, the developer posted some information about the airport and previews how it looks in the simulator.

The Sogndal Haukasen Airport (ENSG) provides us with challenging approaches and it is a great addition to the recent Nordic Update for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is a regional airport located in Vasteland, Norway. The airport has one runway, 1180 metres long and the airport is mainly served by Wideroe, providing routes to Alesund Vigra Airport or Flesland.

The developer promises to provide us with a detailed rendition of the airport, 4K HDR textures and PBR materials. There will also be custom ortho imagery for the local area.
