UK2000 Announces John Wayne Airport for MSFS

Scenery maker UK2000 took to their Facebook page to announce their works on John Wayne Airport (KSNA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

UK2000 usually bases their projects around Great Britain, so this announcement may come as a surprise for many flight-simmers. The developer explains that they plan on developing US airports in 2022 due to business and diversity-related reasons.

In terms of scenery quality and level of detail, this upcoming rendition will be a “leap forward” for the developer. The scenery will include PBR material and custom-made artefacts.

Moreover, the developer has modelled the interior buildings of the airport, which includes passengers, seats, plants, vending machines and fast food outlets.

For optimal realism, the rendition will feature detailed animated jetways. A number of custom aircraft models will also be included. Aside from this, the addon is said to be optimized for high performance.

Finally, the product will be available for purchase on the 25th of March. The addon will cost 18.01 Euros and will be available for purchase on UK2000’s website.
