A_A Sceneries Release Kuala Lumpur for P3D

A_A Sceneries have announced the release of a new version of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) for P3D. Updating a previous version, made way back in 2010, the developer has added animated jetways, high detail custom made textures for the runways, and dynamic lights.

The Kuala Lumpur Airport scenery also features photoscenery in exceptional detail and highly detailed modelling of terminal buildings, consisting of the Main, Satellite and a Low Cost Carrier terminal known as KLIA2.

Real 3D ALSF-2 landing light system has been incorporated into the scenery as well as other lighting effects. For example, runway guard lights, 3D taxiway edge lights, and light splash from light poles which flood the entire airport with light. The skybridge also has colour changing lights.

Seasonal effects are included which cause the 3D, lifelike grass to change colour according to season. The P3D version also features puddles after rainfall.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport is one of South East Asia’s major airports. Located roughly 45km from the Malaysian city of Kuala Lumpur, the airport normally handles over 70m passengers, and cargo of 1.2 million tonnes, per year.
