Aerosoft’s community developer Pavel1971, responsible for the sceneries of Bratislava Štefánik Airport, as well as Košice or Poprad-Tatry, has recently announced their work on Brno Tuřany Airport for Prepar3D. The announcement was made through the Aerosoft forums.
In the initial announcement post, the developer shares some preview screenshots of the upcoming scenery. There are still no buildings, as it is in an early stage of development. Pavel has stated that this rendition will include features like PBR, HD textures and compatibility with OpenLC and Vector products by Orbx. There will also be the city of Brno included, which will be built in separate locations, where the main points of interest are located.
The developer looks forward to releasing this project in October 2021. Until then, they’ll keep us updated on how the project goes.
Brno Tuřany Airport is the second-largest airport in the Czech Republic. It is situated near the city of Brno in the Moravian region. The airport is mainly served by Ryanair and Smartwings.
