DC Designs Development Update

DC Designs has shared a development update regarding their upcoming content to Prepar3D simulator. This update is mainly concerned on their Concorde, Super Hornets and F-15 eagles.

In the post made on their Facebook page, the developer speaks about the development of their rendition of Concorde aircraft for Prepar3D. The developer said that they spent this week on Concorde’s virtual cockpit and so much progress has been made. However, it’ll take some time to finishit by getting everything into place and animate it. The developer would also like to enhance the cockpit further, to increase the immersion within the cockpit when airborne.

In the next part of the update the developer speaks about their military aircraft. They want to implement PBR textures into liveries, these are now being tested on the DC Design’s Grumman F-14 Tomcat. Super hornets and F-15 eagles will get PBR updates in coming weeks or months. The developer personally think that the PBR looks well, however, it haven’t been use in areas with “deep shadows” as they noted.
