Digital Design Updates Tenerife South for X-Plane 11 to v2

 

Digital Design has today released a major update for his rendition of Tenerife South Airport (GCTS) for X-Plane 11. Released as v2 of the scenery, it is a paid update, however, there is a discount available for existing owners of the previous version.

The new version of the scenery offers its users features such as new high-resolution textures, PBR materials, 3D vegetation, new ground textures, or sloped taxiways and runways, for example. Furthermore, the terminal model has been improved together with its interior, and airport vehicles. The scenery as well newly features compatibility with Orbx’s TrueEarth Canary Islands.

The scenery can be purchased through SimMarket for a price of €17 with VAT excluded. If you did purchase the previous version of the scenery, you are eligible to a 7€, with VAT excluded, upgrade fee.

Tenerife South Airport (GCTS) is the main and busiest airport on the islands of Tenerife. Annually, over 11 million passengers visit the airport with routes to Europe and Africa. Airlines like Vueling, Transavia, Ryanair, Lufthansa, Jet2, Eurowings, and Aeroflot operate at the airport.
