Carenado C182Q Released for MSFS

 

Carenado, a developer known for past releases such as the Cessna 185F Skywagon, has recently released a new aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. The C182Q is a versatile single-engine four-passenger plane developed by the American company Cessna.

The C182Q

Powered by a robust Continental O-470-U 230 HP engine, the C182Q possesses a robust high-wing design that provides superior stability and great visibility. It achieves a cruising speed of 144 knots and an impressive range of 840 nautical miles. With its payload capacity, reliable performance, and ease of maintenance, this aircraft continues to be successful in many aspects of the general aviation industry.

  • 8 liveries + 1 White
  • Bendix King KAP 140 autopilot
  • Garmin GNS530 and GNS430 (GTN750/GTN650 and GTN750Xi/GTN650X integration option available)
  • Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, and a Garmin GTX 330 transponder
  • Bendix King KR 87 ADF, along with a Digital Fuel Calculator/Fuel Flow readout gauge
  • Original HQ digital stereo sounds recorded directly from the real aircraft (engine, knobs, switches, buttons and different elements)
  • Realistic flight dynamics and weight and balance compared to the real airplane
  • Tested by several pilots for maximum accuracy
  • Tablet interface for switching between GNSs and GTNs (if installed)
