The FS Conference, previously known as the Flight Simulator Conference, is officially set to return in late 2025, with the 20th edition of the event taking place at Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport (EDLP) on 15th November.

As Germany’s leading gathering for the flight simulation community, the conference will once again bring together simmers, developers, and industry experts for an entire day dedicated to showcasing the latest and greatest in the world of flight simulation. Attendees can look forward to networking, hands-on experiences, and exclusive previews from a wide range of exhibitors and developers covering all the major home flight simulation platforms.
Last yearโs event saw a huge turnout, with over 400 attendees and more than 20 exhibitors from seven countries. Big names such as Honeycomb, ToLiss, HomeSim, and MobiFlight were a real highlight. The day concluded with the much-loved Captainโs Dinner, giving attendees, both professional and recreational, a chance to unwind and connect with fellow simmers in a relaxed setting.
For 2025, the organisers are promising an even more impressive lineup, with more exhibitors, engaging presentations, and hands-on activities. While the full programme is yet to be revealed, more details will be shared soon on the FS Conference website.
The organisers are also inviting anyone who may wish to exhibit the chance to do so via their website, where registration is open until the 15th of October for both commercial and non-commercial exhibitors.

A Long-Standing Flight Simulator Tradition.
The FS Conference has a long history, originally launched by Aerosoft in 2002 under the name Flight Simulator Conference. Over the years, it has travelled to various airports across Germany, consistently providing a space for the FlightSim community to come together. In 2024, the event rebranded as the FS Conference, but the organisers are clear, the mission remains the same; bringing simmers and developers closer to the technology and people shaping the future of flight simulation.
