FTXDes Shares Progress of Eindhoven Airport for MSFS

The developer FTXDes has today taken to their Facebook page to show their progress on the upcoming scenery for Eindhoven Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In the 3D renders that already look promising, we can see buildings that are going to be included in the future scenery.

About Eindhoven Airport

Eindhoven International Airport (EHEH) is the second largest airport in the Netherlands by passenger traffic, with around 6.8 million passengers handled in 2023. It is used for civilian and military activities and was founded in 1932 as a minor airstrip, later used as a military base during World War II and the first terminal was built in the 1980s.

The airport has various routes to offer across the whole of Europe. Virtual pilots can enjoy flights to Istanbul, Alicante, Lisbon, Belgrade, Budapest and much more with various large European operators, such as Ryanair, Transavia, TUI, Wizz Air or SunExpress.

The Previews

The developer hasn’t shared much information about this scenery yet. However, these preview shots were taken just around a month after the work began on the scenery.

From the previews, we can see that the developer aims to recreate the interior of the airport as well. There is also an image capturing the entire terminal, together with the Tulip Inn hotel.

Furthermore, FTXDes also showed two parking garages and other minor buildings that are going to fill up the vicinity of the airport.
