IniBuilds Announces EGLC for MSFS 2024

iniBuilds is developing London City Airport (EGLC) for MSFS 2024, promising challenging approaches and highly detailed scenery in the heart of London.

The developer iniBuilds has made an announcement through their Forums about an upcoming scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The scenery is now in its final stages of the development process.

London City Airport (EGLC) is a well-known airport to many aviation enthusiasts, namely for its challenging approach with a steep gradient and short runway. The airport is situated in the city centre of London, the capital of the United Kingdom, making the airport a viable option for those who don’t want to travel to the outskirts, to airports like Heathrow or Gatwick.

The iniBuilds team has already shared the features of this scenery in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Their iteration of London City Airport (EGLC) is going to include hand-crafted ground textures covering the apron, taxiways and the runway, and other materials in the area. The landside is going to be recreated true-to-life, with custom infrastructure and attention for detail.

The airport buildings are going to be hand-crafted, and so is going to be the ground equipment. Speaking of ground equipment, an official GSX profile is going to be included with the installation of the scenery. This scenery is promised to be fully compatible with the iniManager, and will include optimisation using the LOD technology found in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

The iniBuilds team has mentioned that the scenery is going to be released soon for everyone to purchase, and the trailer should come soon.
