MeridianGMT took to the FSExpo 2026 stage on Friday in Minneapolis to announce the release dates of their highly anticipated yoke and throttle products for home desktop flight simulators like Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane. They also had a couple more announcements to share, along with a new product category to add to their catalogue.
Horizon+ and Latitude+ Launch Dates
First and foremost, Nicki Repenning, the founder of MeridianGMT, led the company’s presentation with the launch dates for their yoke, Horizon+ Flight Controls, and their throttle quadrant, Latitude+ Throttle Quadrant. Horizon+ begins shipping out on the 28th of October 2026, and Latitude+ ships out on the 28th of December 2026.

Limited pre-orders for both the yoke and quadrant begin right away, as of the time of writing, so MeridianGMT can realistically keep up with customer service. As standalone modules, only the yoke (Horizon+) can be pre-ordered, but if you want the quadrant too, then that comes as part of a combined Horizon+ and Latitude+ bundle. If you get the yoke and quadrant bundle, you can get the GA, Boeing, and Airbus modular components combined for the price of the standalone quadrant.
Pre-orders for the yoke require a refundable USD100 deposit, while the bundle requires a USD200 deposit. The yoke is set at a price point of USD349.99 before taxes/shipping fees, and the yoke/quadrant bundle costs USD699.99 before taxes.

New Partnership and Rudder Pedals
Nicki then went on to announce a new partnership with PowerA, a global leader in the design and production of gaming peripherals for consoles such as PlayStation, XBOX, and Nintendo. The partnership between MeridianGMT and PowerA aims to fuse the expertise of their simulation knowledge with that of PowerA’s understanding of gaming accessories.
This collaboration brings us the X-Ray Handheld Flightdeck, a controller designed for flight simulation with smooth stick control, useful cockpit levers, clear labels, and a familiar layout. The controller can be customized with face plates and modules that can fit either a fixed-wing aircraft or a helicopter. Unfortunately, neither a price point nor a release date was announced, but there is a demo unit available at their booth, so do check it out if you attend the expo in person.

As part of the presentation, Nicki revealed the next addition to their product lineup: the Longitude+ Rudder Pedals for desktop home simulators. The rudder pedals feature a unique cable and pulley design to accurately capture what it is like to operate rudder pedals in a real-world aircraft. Nicki stated that the pedals aim to be 25% smaller and 50% quieter than existing designs, and feature their new Quantum Leap 16bit TMR Sensors. No concrete price point or release date was set, but Nicki did say it can be expected sometime in 2027.

A slew of exciting updates and release date reveals from the founder of MeridianGMT, along with a new partnership with PowerA. They have a booth at the expo, so if you are attending in person, make sure you try out all their new peripherals. Their entire product catalogue and more information can be found on their official website.
