Prealsoft Enhances Amsterdam Landmarks in a New Release for MSFS

Prealsoft released Amsterdam Landmarks for Microsoft Flight Simulator, bringing the Netherlands’ capital to life in the simulator.

Prealsoft has released a new Landmarks scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator, bringing another significant city to life in the simulator world. This time, the developer taken a look at the Netherland’s Capital, Amsterdam.

Amsterdam is also home to the largest international airport on the continent, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (EHAM). It has a population of over 920 thousand people and over 1 million people live in the urban area of the city. The city is also frequently referred to as the “Venice of the North” for its canals and urban design.

Prealsoft offers a detailed rendition of this city, with most main city landmarks and high-rise buildings added in the scenery. For better immersion, there are also custom night textures and light enhancements.

PBR textures are also present on the buildings, enhancing the overall experience when flying close to the city. There are also misc objects, and POI icons if you need some guiding around the area.

Most virtual pilots will surely be happy to hear that the scenery is compatible with most photogrammetry and airport scenery add-ons available to date.

Prealsoft also shared the whole points of interest list, and some of these include the ADAM tower, Amstel Hotel, Anne Frank’s House, Atrium and much more.
