SayIntentions.AI, an AI ecosystem of software for flight simulation, has recently added several features to its portfolio. A career mode, launched under the name of “The Gate 404 Club”, introduces a pilot profile and achievement system. Meanwhile, the GA/VFR traffic injection brings the features we covered here to all subscribers of the software, as opposed to just Partner customers.
SayIntentions’ Career Mode
SayIntentions launched its career mode with several features core to the offering. Users can track their journey from Student Pilot to Airline Transport Pilot and earn career points for each flight along the way. These points advance the user’s rank in one of three categories: VFR, IFR, and SkyOps – SayIntentions’ special operations missions. Throughout career mode, there is also the opportunity to unlock unique badges, such as ‘Long Haul Pilot’ and ‘Emergency Landing’.
Simulator pilots may also choose to enhance their experience by ordering a physical copy of their pilot ID badge. This includes key details such as their custom pilot name, virtual airline colours and branding, and a profile photo. Other details, such as the user’s home airport and their rank insignia based on achievements, will be present.

As part of career mode, every pilot gets a public profile page to share with the community. Statistics such as flight hours, airports visited, and landing performance are all collected and visible as part of what SayIntentions calls a “digital aviation identity”. While users can view recent flight history, the support page states that others will soon be able to follow and track a user’s flights live on a moving map, as well as be able to hear their communications in real time.
It should be noted that some of these features are exclusive to Premium subscribers. According to the knowledge base page from the developer, this includes earnable badges, the career progression tab to track rankings at SayIntentions, access to leaderboards, and an official badge.
General Aviation Traffic Injection
Following the availability of this feature exclusively for Partners in an alpha branch, the general aviation traffic injection has been made public for Premium SayIntentions users in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024. This means GA traffic is capable of navigating the ground and skies as well as communicating with ATC. Such traffic now receives global coverage, as opposed to the US coverage seen in the alpha phase of testing; therefore, pilots can expect to see much more life at airfields across the globe, as seen in the video below.
As covered in the FAQ, the GA traffic is entirely AI-driven, meaning the data isn’t from any live source. However, SayIntentions clarifies that factors like aircraft performance and country-specific patterns help generate traffic that feels authentic. In addition, it’s made clear that there are about 16,000 airports worldwide that have enough data for traffic to be generated, and that number is on the rise.
SayIntentions continues to update and expand its product ecosystem. Those interested in the product can subscribe to a plan on the SayIntentions.AI website. To read more about the developer, you can do so here on FSNews.
