Chudoba Design Releases Bratislava for X-Plane

Chudoba Design brings the latest rendition of Bratislava M.R. Štefánik Airport to Laminar Research’s platform. The developer announced the release via their social media.

Filip from Chudoba Design announced the airport approximately two weeks ago and since then he published numerous previews of this scenery of the largest airport in Slovakia. It also marks this being the first payware scenery to be released for this simulator.

Bratislava M.R. Štefánik Airport (LZIB) is an international airport located in Slovakia’s capital, Bratislava. It is also the largest international airport in the country, serving as a main hub for the largest Slovak operator AirExplore. It is mostly operated by Ryanair and Smartwings, with flights across the whole of Europe. This year, long-haul flights were resumed from this airport, with World2Fly Airbus A350 planes to Vietnam, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

The airport is equipped with two terminals, one for Schengen flights and the other for international flights out of the Schengen zone. The standalone tower is considered iconic for the airport, controlling two perpendicular runways 04/22 and 13/31.

Chudoba Design Bratislava Features

Chudoba Design’s rendition offers a detailed recreation of the scenery, utilising custom buildings and objects, covered in PBR textures. The developer also aimed to optimise the scenery as much as possible, unlocking the best performance. The scenery is optimised for the latest version of Laminar Research’s simulator, X-Plane 12.

You can get the scenery through Chudoba Design’s website for approximately €11.79.
