Gaya Simulations Further Previews Florence Airport for MSFS

Scenery developer Gaya Simulations, has today taken to Facebook to share further previews on their upcoming Florence airport (LIRQ) being released for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The scenery was first announced back in May 2020 and last previewed just three days ago.

According to Gaya Simulation, some of their team think it is their best scenery yet. The scenery will feature custom objects, ground textures, a custom animated train, good optimisation for better performance, high quality 3D assets around the city and much more.

Some of us think it’s our best scenery ever. We all keen to share it with you and to know what you will think.

Previewed screenshots show high quality custom 3D objects around the airport, as well as an animated train companied with a small train station.

While a release date and pricing has not been shared, Gaya Simulations stated, “Release is closer than ever!”.

Florence airport is an Italian airport which serves the city of Florence in northern Italy. The airport sees frequent use by Italian flag carrier, Alitalia, as well as other major European airlines like British Airways and Air France which connect Florence with the rest of Europe. The airport saw two million passengers last year and was built in 1910.
