The developer Orbx has released another set of Landmarks for a city for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and MSFS 2024. This time, taking us to another Australian City, in Western Australia, Perth.

This is going to extend the already available scenery of Perth Airport with a realistic city, full of modern architecture and high-rise buildings. This City Pack is replacing the generic autogen found in the default simulator with handcrafted buildings around the whole area.

There are over 40 custom modelled buildings. The Marina has also received improved details along the Swan River, and the Royal Perth Hospital is modelled together with a working helipad. You can also land at the Langley Park Airstrip, located in the city centre.

During the night, the Orbx team has made sure to include improved, realistic night lighting in this scenery, ensuring the best possible experience for night flying. This means whether you fly VFR or IFR, you will always have something to look at.

Lastly, the surrounding area of the city has received improvements to the vegetation and building placements. To make the city feel more alive, there are custom vessels, cranes and other vehicles surrounding the city.

Orbx Landmarks Perth City Pack can now be bought through the Orbx Store for approximately €10.62. You can also read more about Orbx and their work in one of our previous articles here.
